Humanity Before Vanity
In this shop, I believe in Humanity Over Vanity. This means if your dog has matting to the skin, I will shave the matting. If your dog is excessively matted, this will require an additional fee, depending on severity. This is because matting can be painful and dangerous to remove and is hard on our equipment and bodies. Humanity Over vanity also means that I will not put mine or the dogs safety at risk for a certain look. To accomplish long, fluffy cuts a metal grooming comb must be able to easily pass through the coat. I will not cause any animal pain for the vanity of an owner.

Each policies explains additional fees, and refusal of service. By signing The Client Information form, you are acknowledging that you understand all terms and policies, and are responsible for all fees. Terms & Policies will be reviewed and updated as needed.
